We offer between 15% and 20% discount on Weekly and Monthly rates.
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
- We require a 50% deposit of the FULL ACCOMMODATION COST or Travel Agent Voucher, to secure your reservation. The voucher or payment advice for the deposit to be faxed or emailed BEFORE ARRIVAL. Credit card authorisations can be used.
- Cell phone number & expected time of arrival to be advised.
- Our reception hours are 07h00 to 19h00. Later check-ins to be advised in advance so that arrangements can be made.
- Any cancellations to be in telephoned in first, followed by fax or email notification.
Cancellation Policy
- NO SHOW – 100% of full accommodation cost
- 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL - 100% of full accommodation cost
- 2-7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL - 50% of full accommodation cost
- 8-14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL - 25% of full accommodation cost
- 15 DAYS AND MORE – Full refund of deposit
(ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMIN FEE)
Check-in & Departure
- Check in: 14h00 – 21h00 ( Unless prior arrangements are made with Manager).
- Check out: No later than 10h00
Internet Access
We have wireless internet for all guests, which has a minimal charge depending on usage. Alternatively, the Lodge has a computer should you wish to log on.
